Why Roots and Rocks

During a morning singletrack ride in Virginia, I realized most of my days are spent navigating the roots and rocks of our natural world. It occurred to me that the outdoor community often looks at roots and rocks as obstacles to be bypassed during a hike or ride. Pausing for a water break I had two thoughts: Roots and rocks can be stunningly beautiful. And, most of us spend our lives trying to navigate the roots and rocks of daily life.

I have a deep sense of adventure, excitement and calling to create a platform that focuses on the exploration of the roots and rocks of the trail and on the roots and rocks of daily life. RAR Adventures is dedicated to this pursuit.
